Pandemi Covid-19 adalah 666?

Abstract


Hampir di setiap peristiwa sejarah, ketika terjadi krisis politik, ekonomi, sosial atau pandemi, seringkali diikuti adanya Teori Konpirasi. Pada pertengahan Februari, ketika WHO menyatakan bahwa corona Covid-19 adalah pandemi, Teori Konspirasi Corona muncul. Versi pertama menyebutkan bahwa virus ini tidak berbahaya. Pencetusnya adalah Presiden Donald Trump. Versi kedua yang tak kalah populer menyebutkan bahwa virus ini dibuat di lab Wuhan sebagi senjata biologi. Menurut teori ini, Bill Gates dkk atau China atau WHO adalah para konspirator jahat yang nantinya akan menyediakan vaksinnya. Vaksin itu akan diisi dengan teknologi 5G dan ditanamkan di dahi atau telapak tangan manusia. Lambangnya 666. Hasilnya, 666 dalam Kitab Wahyu menunjuk Kaisar Domotianus, Si Nero Redivivus. Arti 666 pada masa sekarang tidak menunjuk pada Bill Gates dkk atau corona. Orang Kristen tidak perlu takut disuntik vaksin Covid-19 jika seandainya vaksin itu sudah ditemukan, sebab vaksin itu tidak berhubungan dengan teknologi 5G dan 666, tanda di dahi dan telapak tangan. Dalam menghadapinya, orang Kristen harus kritis dan analitis terhadap berita di media sosial, sebab Teori Konspitasi itu bersifat pseudoscience. Pseudoscience adalah pengetahuan tentang fenomena material yang mengklaim sebagai" sains "namun menggunakan proses pembuktian yang tidak ilmiah.
