Pentakosta Sebagai Transformasi Karakter Orang Percaya: Kajian Etnoskopik Dalam Kisah Para Rasul 2:1-11
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengkaji peristiwa Pentakosta sebagai transformasi karakter yang mengubahkan para murid yang biasa menjadi pemberita injil yang luar biasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode etnoskopik untuk mengkaji kisah Pentakosta dalam Kisah Para Rasul 2:1-11 melalui empat lensa utama: budaya, Kitab Suci, misiologis, dan pendidikan. Temuan utama dari kajian ini adalah bahwa peristiwa Pentakosta tidak hanya sebagai awal misi gereja, tetapi juga sebagai titik transformasi karakter murid-murid untuk menjadi pemberita injil. Penelitian ini menemukan, empat karakter penting, yakni: pertama, karakter kerendahan hati interkultural; kedua, karakter solidaritas lintas batas; ketiga, karakter keberanian profetik; dan keempat, karakter inklusivitas kasih. Diharapkan karakter-karakter ini, menjadi aspek penting yang bisa diadopsi oleh gereja dan orang percaya untuk mengalami transfromasi karakter dalam bermisi.
